We have reached the end of the road regarding the Seattle Mariners Back to the Future movement I think. It began in December of 2012 and over 4 years later, it's perhaps time to wrap it up. The demands are for the Mariners to unretire their 1981-86 home trident uniforms and 1985-86 road trident uniforms and wear them full-time beginning immediately. Make the star trident the primary logo. Adopt the franchise's original royal blue and gold color scheme. Limit the usage of navy, silver and teal to once a season at most. Install the USS Mariner at Safeco Field. Wear satin baseball jackets again. Wear star trident BP jerseys again. Alternate between the trident and star trident caps. Replace the dark green seats with blue seating at Safeco Field. Folks, this is truly the right course of action to improve the standing and aesthetics of the Seattle Mariners Major League Baseball franchise in the present and future.
